If you have ordered a Virtual Server with an Additional Disk, you will need to add the unallocated space to a partition manually. This process can vary from operating system to operating system, a quick Google Search will have your Additional Disk mounted in minutes!
If you have ordered an Upgrade for your existing Virtual Server with us, you will also need to mount the unallocated partition to your server.
If you have Upgraded Your VPS Plan, the same process applies! - Please manually mount the new unallocated partition.
Please note: Your order of an Additional Disk, Upgrade or VPS Upgrade, must be 'Active' in your Customer Account Portal, if the order is 'Pending' - this means the Hypervisor Server your VPS is running on is preparing your Virtual Server to gracefully shutdown, add the Additional Partition, and restart up the machine.
