If you've placed an order on Fluorite.GG and paid the generated invoice, you'll now have received an email from the Fluorite.GG Custom Game Server Admin Panel asking you to setup your account, follow the link in the email and set a password to login to the Admin Panel.
If you've logged into the Admin Panel, you'll see your new Game Server in your server list!
If your new Game Server is showing a 'Running Installer' message, this is nothing to worry about!
Your new Game Server is still downloading the latest version of the Server Type you choose when placing the order directly from the Game developer, for example, SteamCMD.
This length of time this message can display can vary depending on the size of the Game Server files you choose.
Below you will find an estimate time you can expect to wait:
- Small Game Server files (Almost instantly!)
- Medium Game Server files (Less than 5 minutes)
- Large Game Server files (Average 10-15 minutes)
If your Game Server is displaying this message for more than 20 minutes, please contact Customer Support and we can check on Live Install Status and give you an accurate time of when your server will finish downloading and installing!
